Tibet Everest Base Camp Trek -14 days
Day01: Arrival Lhasa and acclimatization
Drive to the Kathmandu airport to catch a flight to Lhasa. This one hour trans- Himalayan flight will give you an opportunity to have an aerial view of Mt. Everest and other Himalayan Peaks. Upon arrival in Lhasa you will be transferred to the hotel (95km). It takes 2 hours drive on the way to Lhasa through the Yerlung Tsangpo and the Lhasa Kyichu River. This day would be kept for your acclimatization. It is advisable to drink plenty of water and have a good sleep for next day’s program.
Day 02: Lhasa Sightseeing
After breakfast we will visit Potala palace, the seat of both religion and politics in Tibet. It was built in the 7th century by Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo and later renovated by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. In the afternoon we will visit Sera monastery 5 kilometer north of Lhasa city, It was built in 1419 by Jamchen Choeji, a disciple of Tsongkhapa,the founder of the Gelugpa sect. Sera is one of the three major monasteries of yellow sect in Tibet. O/n at hotel
Day 03: Lhasa Sightseeing
After breakfast we will visit Drepung monastery, which is the largest Monastery of the Gelugpa sect in Lhasa, which was built in 1416 by Jamyang chojie a disciple of Tsongkhapa. In the afternoon we will visit Jokhang Tempale and Barkhor market, this is the holiest shrine in Tibet and houses of golden statue of the Shakyamuni Buddha which was brought to Tibet by the Chinese princess Wenchen. Day 04: Drive to Shigatse (3,902m) via Gyantse Approx. 6 - 7 hrs
After breakfast, we drive to Shigatse, the second biggest city in Tibet via Gyantse. We drive past Khamba La (4,794m) pass and savor the enthralling views of Yomdrok-Tso (Turquoise Lake), one of the Holy Lakes in Tibet and Mt. Nazin Kang Sa (7,252m). Further to the west, we come across another pass, Karo La (5,045m) and take in amazing views of the majestic glaciers. Upon reaching Gyantse, we visit the Khumbum Stupa, Phalkot Monastery and Gyantse Dzong (Fortress). From Gyantse, we continue our drive to Shigatse enjoying a captivating mountain landscape along the way. Overnight in Shigatse.
Day 05: Drive to Lotingri (4,054m ) 5-6 hrs
After breakfast we visit the popular Tashilhunpo Monastery which holds both historical and cultural importance. Then, we drive towards Lotingri also known as Dingri which used to be an important trading post where Sherpas from Nepal exchanged rice, grain and iron for Tibetan wool, livestock and salt. En route we get to enjoy fabulous views of the high mountains including, Mt. Everest (8848m) and Shishapangma (8,013m). We spend the night at Lotingri.
Day 06: Trek to Lungthang (4510m) 4-5 hrs
Our actual trekking begins from Lotingri from where we head south towards Everest in the distance. As we come closer to Chholung Village, a small Gumba is visible. As we walk further, the trail opens up to barren plains. Amazingly, even in these barren fields local villagers yield good harvest of barley. We may also come across herders on our way to Lungchang. Overnight at Lungchang.
Day 07: Trek to Nam La pass (5150m) 5-6 hrs
We begin our trek towards Nam La pass today. The high flat plain of Tibet allows for gradual elevation. As we walk up the valley, the Everest disappears behind the mountains. The trail then turns to the southeast and begins to climb the pass. Overnight at Nam La pass
Day 08: Trek to Rongbuk (5,000m) 5 - 6 hrs
After breakfast, we head for Rongbuk, a valley only around 8 km away from the Everest Base Camp. On the way there, we are rewarded with uninterrupted views of Mt. Everest (8,848m/29,029ft), and other peaks over 8000 meters including Makalu (8,481m/27,825ft), Lhotse (8,516 m/27,940 ft) and Cho Oyu (8,201m/26,906 ft). Upon reaching Rongbuk, we visit the magnificent Rongbuk Monastery, the highest monastery on earth. Overnight in Rongbuk.
Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,250m) 4- 5 hrs
Today, we trek to the Everest Base Camp, which is also the ultimate highlight of the whole trip. Reaching the base of the world’s highest mountain is an achievement in its own right. We may capture this accomplishment with our camera while keeping ourselves busy with short treks which will help us in acclimatizing to the high altitude. At the base camp, we also enjoy the amazing Himalayan vista with the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest, soaring above us. Overnight at Everest Base Camp
Day 10: Acclimatization and Exploration at Everest Base Camp
Spending one full day at Everest Base Camp would not only be a memorable experience in itself, but will also help greatly in acclimatization. We can climb and explore beautiful hills nearby and enjoy the company of high Himalayan peaks. Overnight at Everest Base Camp
Day 11: Drive to Zhangmu
After breakfast we begin our drive to Zhangmu. While driving , we enjoying the enchanting views of the Himalayas-Shishapangma, Cho Oyu, Menlungtse and Gauri Shanker. We then descend gradually from the dry Tibetan Plateau to the verdant and fertile vegetation of Zhangmu on the Nepalese border. Today, we also visit Milarapha Cave and Chamda Hot Spring for a little fun-filled afternoon.
Day 12: Drive to Kodari and Kathmandu
A few kilometers drive from Zhangmu to the Friendship Bridge over the Bhote Koshi River brings us to immigration control in Kodari where we are expected to complete some custom formalities. We then depart with our Tibetan guide who will walk with us across the river and introduce us to a Nepalese guide who will take us to Kathmandu. After around 4 hours of driving through deep valleys, we reach Kathmandu. In the evening, we enjoy authentic Nepalese food on our farewell dinner hosted by Adventure 14 Peaks to celebrate the successful completion of our journey in Tibet.
Day13: Free Day for relaxing and shopping in Kathmandu
Day14: Final Departure
Today you can engage in some shopping. A representative from Adventure 14 Peaks will take us to the airport approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight.

Our guide will come to pick you up in the hotel and drive you to rafting starting point.( 3 hrs)

Day 01: Kathmandu to Pokhara (Drive to Pokhra 210 kms/6 hrs or fly 30 min.
After breakfast in hotel, departure for Pokhara. On the way enjoy the view of Himalayan Mountains and Trishuli River which is famous for rafting.On arrival in Pokhara ,relax in hotel with welcome drink. Evening walk around the lake & boating at Phewa lake. Overnight in Hotel
Day 02: Pokhara Sightseeing
Early morning drive to Saranagkot to see sunrise along with the view of Mt. Fishtail & Annapurna Himalaya. Back to hotel and have breakfast. In the afternoon, enjoy local sightseeing of Devi’s Fall, Seti Gorge, Mahendra Pool, Lake side and Bindabasini Temple. In the evening, enjoy a walk around Lake side Overnight in Hotel
Day 03: Pokhara to Kathmandu
Morning breakfast in Hotel. Departure for Kathmandu (Approx 210km take 6 hours drive) .On the way enjoy cable car ride and visit Manakamana Darshan (The Hindu Shakti Peeth Temple). Arrive in Hotel. Relax. Evening Free for Shopping. Overnight at Hotel
- 3 Days / 2 Nights Chitwan Wildlife Tour
Day 01: Kathmandu to Chitwan
In the morning you are picked up at your hotel in Kathmandu and driven to Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your lodge located at Saura . This afternoon enjoy game viewing on elephant back.
Day 02: Chitwan jungle activities
Early morning game viewing on elephant back. Later, visit the educational elephant camp and participate in various other activities. This afternoon, enjoy a canoe ride on the Narayani River to see a different wildlife.
Day 03: Chitwan to Kathmandu
After breakfast you are taken to a nature walk. Then, depart for Kathmandu.
